Village LightsAfter years of selling, the tin overhang is buckled and the dormer on top appears to be almost falling through the roof of the sales center. Yet, at Rusty's, there is still a fine selection of junked cars to choose from. Out front, under the icon pendant flags, the 'scratch and dent lot' offers 'slashed prices' (and tires).
